YOUTH PARTICIPATE IN PREMIER EXHIBITOR COMPETITION AT WISCONSIN STATE FAIR
There are many reasons to attend Wisconsin State Fair. For some it is the rides and for others it is the food. For over 220 4-H and FFA members, one reason to attend is to compete in the Premier Exhibitor competition. The Premier Exhibitor is an educational contest that tests junior exhibitors’ knowledge in multiple events. The events include a judging competition, a skillathon, a knowledge quiz, showmanship, and an industry interview. Premier Exhibitor contests were offered for each of the livestock species exhibited at the Fair: beef, dairy, goats, llamas, sheep, and swine. Awards were given to the top ten exhibitors in each species contest and also to the top exhibitor in each event. Please join us as we congratulate the participants and winners in this ultimate livestock skills test. The Wisconsin State Fair would also like to thank the generous award sponsors for these events.
