Retail Meat ID Resource Video Available
Happy New Year! As a way to help 2017 teams prepare for this years state 4-H Meats Judging Contest, we put together some YouTube videos that we hope can be a nice resource to help show youth and volunteers details of the event. We also include meat cuts (fresh and processed) ID into a workable manner for you to work with your teams. In addition, they can access it on their own for studying.
