4-H Meats Judging Contest slated for Feb. 18
The state 4-H Meats Judging Contest is scheduled for February 18th at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, Meat Laboratory. Registration is from 12:30 to 1 p.m. with the contest starting at 1 p.m. The highest scoring senior team will participate in the National 4-H Meat Judging Contest in Manhattan, KS. The second place senior team may participate in the National Western 4-H/FFA Meat Judging contest in Fort Collins, Colorado.

The deadline for registration is Friday, February 10, 2012. The registration form is on the website.
